His inspection was incredibly thorough and informative. Not only did he address the immediate concerns relevant to the home purchase, he took the time to really comb through the house and detail any/all possible work it would need. The home had been recently inspected by another potential buyer, and it was very clear that some of the areas Chris inspected had *not* been looked at or touched by the previous inspector. Chris was excellent to work with. He was very accommodating to our schedule and spent a thorough amount of time really going through each part of our home. He was prompt in sending the report back the next day and answering additional questions. We would definitely recommend him!
